  • $43 / hour + Super

Aspect Personnel are currently working with a council in Melbourne's Western Suburbs to recruit a Project Scheduler/Planner for a new contract role.

The role is an initial 2-3 month contract.
You will join a project team responsible for the delivery of councils capital works program with projects spanning civil infrastructure, community buildings, parks and recreation.
You will be responsible for:
  • Development of schedules for large scale capital works programs
  • Development of schedule reporting
  • Risk identification, analysis and mitigation
  • Providing updates and guidance to internal stakeholder
  • Monitoring and reporting finances and project progress
  • Preparing detailed reports
As the ideal candidate you will have:
  • A sound understanding of Project Management Methodology
  • Previous experience successfully developing and maintaining project schedules
  • Experience in project management ideally within local government
  • A solid understanding of Local Government policies and procedures
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • A current driver's license
