The Opportunity

This position works out of our Kyiv location in the EPD Division.



As the Administrative Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing office and administrative tasks aims to create good working conditions.


What You’ll Do

Office administration:
  • Organization, coordination and control of the work of the office space, working conditions, sanitary standards
  • Interaction with the landlord regarding services, which fixed in the contract; negotiating with the landlord regarding changes/improvement/expansion of service agreements
  • Development, planning, organization of corporate events for office staff and employees in Ukraine

Team administration:
  • Management, coordination and development of the administrative department team, including the reception area

Budget administration:
  • Budgeting and control, reporting
  • Development of an action plan aimed of efficient usage of the department's budget; saving initiatives implementation without compromising of office services quality
  • Initiating/controlling/conducting tenders and procurement for administrative and others function

Leading the implementation and compliance of the work/office environment according to Internal Policies and Procedures of the Company and the requirements of Local Legislation:
  • Knowledge and monitoring of Environment and Global security policies and procedures,
  • implementation of new policies;
  • control, support for the organization of initiatives, the availability of relevant policies.

Requirements:

  • Higher Education
  • 1 years of work experience in a similar managerial position
  • Team management experience
  • English – upper intermediate
  • MS Excel skills, budgeting experience
  • Multitasking, initiative, result orientation, project management, teamwork, stakeholder management
