We are looking for a talented and driven Modern Workplace Engineer to join our company.
As a Modern Workplace Engineer Infrastructure, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure that supports the modern workplace environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and secure operation of our digital workplace infrastructure.
_Your challenge _
- To design and implement infrastructure solutions to support the modern workplace environment, including collaboration tools, productivity applications, and communication systems;
- To deploy and manage the infrastructure components, such as servers, storage systems, networking devices, and virtualization platforms, required for the modern workplace environment;
- To ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of the infrastructure by monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing necessary optimizations;
- To collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain robust security measures, including access controls, data encryption, and vulnerability management, to protect the modern workplace environment;
- To provide technical guidance and support to end-users, resolving infrastructure-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner;
- To develop and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles to facilitate effective infrastructure management and support;
- To stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to modern workplace infrastructure, and make recommendations for enhancements and optimizations;
- To collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT operations, network engineering, and application development, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of the modern workplace infrastructure with other systems and processes;
- To participate in the planning and execution of infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and system integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to end-users;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure processes and workflows, driving automation and efficiency gains.

Your hard skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, CompTIA Network+, VMware Certified Professional) are a plus;
- Proven experience as a systems or infrastructure engineer, with a focus on supporting modern workplace environments;
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including server virtualization, cloud computing, networking, and storage systems;
- Experience with modern workplace solutions, such as Microsoft 365 (Office 365), collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack), productivity applications, and unified communication systems;
- Familiar with security principles and best practices in the context of infrastructure design and operations;
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages.
