We are looking for genuinely caring indivdiuals to join one of our night staff teams.
We are a small care group based in Caergwrle, we specialise in supporting people over the age of 65 with all aspects of personal and social care.
Duties will include:
Taking and providing effective handover,
Supporting people with various elements of personal care,
Engagement - social conversation, reasurance and interactions,
Observation of physical health and well being reporting any worries of concerns to day shift for approrpiate health reviews to be planned or accessing persons on call overnight for emergency situations as they arise,
Household duties to include laundry rotation, hoovering and bots of cleaning as requested,
Good documentation around support provided,
Attendance to formal training as required and planned,
Attendance at staff meetings,
Working within policies and procedures,
