Global Marketing Manager - Your future role?

As a Global Marketing Manager in Kemptthal, Naarden or Cincinnati, you will partner with the Global Platform team to increase the growth platform "Hydration & Refreshment" along the whole commercialization process and ensure a full embedded value proposition. Together with Platform Director you will improve and implement the platform strategy through providing a view of our global landscape, incl. market size and share, trends, competitive dynamics, and environment consumer and customer needs. You will plan and accomplish marketing roadmaps and projects for the platform. You will also provide strategic marketing support to selected global and high profile accounts to help an omnichannel customer experience. You will deliver dedicated and impactful marketing collaterals, including a high level of CSI expertise.

You will report to the Global Marketing Director.

Your main responsibilities:

Activate "Hydration & Refreshment" growth platform (80%)

  • Provide a view of the global landscape for the respective platform by keeping up to date with trends and delivering regular assessments (incl. market sizing, overview, trends, consumer need-states and other).
  • Provide recommendations, challenge the platform strategies, and guide Food Experience thinking within the platform
  • Establish and achieve Growth Platform community with the Platform Director
  • Deliver value propositions, consumer validation and business case content
  • Prepare materials, input for and support to allocated global/ high-profile accounts (including marketing materials, marketing strategy, account plans) in close collaboration with the respective account leads

2. Transversal projects and marketing tools (20%)

  • Support transversal strategic marketing initiatives and brand management for non-technical assets, e.g. Flavour Vision, and provides expertise

Your professional profile includes:

  • University Degree in Marketing or Science combined with Marketing Degree or other recognized marketing qualification
  • 5-10 years broad marketing experience, including marketing strategy, commercialization of new products and creative promotions
  • B-to-B or FMCG experience in a branded environment in the Food & Beverages industry
  • Brand marketing experience or community building experience in FMCG preferred
  • Experiences in community management and building
  • High expertise and advanced marketing vision of food and beverages markets
  • Creative in approach, originates ideas and can sell ideas internally with support from manager
  • Comfortable working with diversity of groups, both functional and geographical
  • Navigate a matrix and global environment
