The role

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the overall organisation of a company, supporting all departments. The core responsibility will be that the products are delivered in time to all our customers every week, and that our production ateliers have all they need to produce. The role will be partly (70%) administrative although intense and constantly improving. On the other side it will be varied with all kinds of ad-hoc tasks to make to company run smooth (30%). You will be based in Brussels.

What you’ll be doing

  • Daily management of logistics: management of orders and deliveries
  • Constant improvement of processes and be the cornerstone of the company
  • Sending delivery notes and invoices
  • Customer service: responding to customer requests and relaying them internally
  • Stock management and ordering of raw materials (food, packaging, etc.)
  • Various ad-hoc tasks according to needs (quality control at suppliers, helping our colleagues in different departments, etc)
  • Human resources: daily management in the production workshop and offices, contacts with the social secretariat, sending out job offers, etc.
  • Accounting management: payment of invoices and reporting

Required profile

  • Dynamic, rigorous person with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently
  • Hard-working, goes the extra mile
  • Sociable, able to relate easily to people and organisations. In other words, a customer or supplier is happy to have you on the phone
  • Fluent in French or Dutch. Basic English is a plus
  • One or more experiences in a similar position is a real plus
  • Possession of a driving license is a must
