PLAYGROUND SUPERVISOR
 
 
HOURS: 3.75 Hours (Split-shift) 
 WORK DAYS: 180 Days/Year 
STARTING SALARY: RANGE Y4 - $16.35/Hour 
 DEADLINE TO APPLY: OPEN UNTIL FILLED
 
Funding for position is contingent upon receipt of Federal and State Funds.
 
 MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Provides supervision of students in outdoor and indoor areas as needed.
 
- Assists with student entry into and exit out of campus and monitors students until
 
- Performs a variety of functions and activities on school play area, to ensure safe
 
- Inspects the play area to detect and correct safety hazards.
 
- Assists in monitoring and supervising table games and activities.
 
- Supports Positive Behavioral and Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program.
 
- Assists in the maintenance and follow-up of behavior management and behavior
 
- Assists in the set-up and arrangement of equipment for games and activities.
 
- Assists other school personnel in the implementation of activities, including softball,
 
education curriculum.
- Requisitions, stores, distributes, and maintains an appropriate and adequate
 
- May administer routine first aid and seek assistance for non-routine illness or injury
 
- Performs other related duties as required.
 
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
✓ Experience in dealing with school-age children preferred.
