Sales executive [India]


 

We are looking for an enthusiastic ‘Sales Coordinator’ to join our team. As a sales coordinator, you have to manage all our sales activities, customer relationship management, sales tracking, data capture, and creating strategies to achieve sales.

This role will help you acquire sales management skills and provide you access to various automated & premium tools to manage your work.

Key responsibilities:

>Selected associate day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle course-related queries of the prospective participants

2. Handle queries of existing students of ICHARS via call/email/WhatsApp for the upcoming programs

3. Maintain a daily/weekly database of participants joining for courses/training programs

4. Take and maintain updates of the same as per the schedule

5. Monitor incoming emails and answer or forward to the required authority as required

6. Manage and handle queries on all ICHARS social media platforms as requested as part of sales or new inquiry.

7. Update and maintain CRM, databases such as mailing lists, contact lists, and client information

8. Making and maintaining records of documents, reports, and correspondence

9. Co-ordinate for appointments, meetings and various courses

10. Assist with office/training events related to planning and implementation

11. Perform work-related errands as requested
