Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in both UX and UI design
- A Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication or related field.
- Proven experience in collaborating with multiple product managers.
- High standards for design and attention to detail.
- Demonstrable proficiency with Figma.
- Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
- An online portfolio that demonstrates a range of work, a creative process, and your deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and own the design system, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience across all our platforms and services.
- Collaborate with other product designers, overseeing the implementation of the design system across multiple products.
- Work closely with product managers to design and launch many exciting new features and products for recruiters and managers.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the highest quality implementation of your designs.
- Advocate for our users, conducting user research, and creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs based on your findings.
