About the role
We’re looking for a Surety Assistant to join our growing team for a 5 month contract!
What you’ll do here:
- Perform data entry in our billing systems according to our quality standards
- Gather the necessary information for the processing of invoices according to the established processes
- Produce reports
- Archive processed documents
- Support the technical team of the bonding department
- Possibility of being called upon to participate in training sessions
What you bring to the table:
- College Diploma, or higher, with up to one year of experience, preferably in the insurance field, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience
- Quick and accurate data entry skills
- Good oral and written communication skills and team spirit
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- Can make decisions and work independently
- Strong organizational skills to manage workflow efficiently without continuous supervision
- PC literacy with windows software knowledge
- Can multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Bilingual (French and English) is an asset (Need to interact on a regular basis with an English-speaking clientele and colleagues across the country).
