About the role

We’re looking for a Surety Assistant to join our growing team for a 5 month contract!

What you’ll do here:

  • Perform data entry in our billing systems according to our quality standards
  • Gather the necessary information for the processing of invoices according to the established processes
  • Produce reports
  • Archive processed documents
  • Support the technical team of the bonding department
  • Possibility of being called upon to participate in training sessions


What you bring to the table:

  • College Diploma, or higher, with up to one year of experience, preferably in the insurance field, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • Quick and accurate data entry skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills and team spirit
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Can make decisions and work independently
  • Strong organizational skills to manage workflow efficiently without continuous supervision
  • PC literacy with windows software knowledge
  • Can multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Bilingual (French and English) is an asset (Need to interact on a regular basis with an English-speaking clientele and colleagues across the country).
