Who we're looking for
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis. This is an entry-level job. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for reviewing and entering data into our company's accounting internal software.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with data entry, have strong knowledge of basic math and excellent attention to detail. No bookkeeping or accounting experience is required, but would be an advantage.
This is a remote job, so you must have a stable internet connection and own a computer or laptop.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Input data from invoices into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy.
- Proactively raise questions/issues about invoices to ensure accuracy of data entry.
- Resolve any data entry errors.
Skills
- Dipolma, bachelors degree (S1) or similar, new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of computers, excellent typing skills and comfort using software.
- Conversational in English, fluent in Indonesian.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and under deadlines.
