Harlequin Construction Co specializes in exterior and interior painting, flooring, and deck building!
We are looking for door to door and remote salesmen that are comfortable with cold calling/door to door sales! Sales reps must have a prior understanding of each niche they sell a service for. Sales reps will be required to gather up documents about a customer's potential inquiry as well as, if they are in person they will be required to take pictures of the project and forward it to the owners. They will also need to answer customer's questions about different types of products they may choose for their project. Remote sales reps will need to be comfortable with cold calling home owners and asking to provide free estimates in person or by email.
This is a commissioned based job with commission being higher for outside reps. Outside reps also get the opportunity to meet certain monthly goals and receive a monthly bonus check.
