KITCHEN STAFF - BAKER (BOH)
Qualifications:
· At least High School level
· Must be creative, flexible, hardworking, and can do multi-task
· Customer service oriented
· Open to Flexible Schedule (weekend, holidays), and long working hours
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Mixes, kneads, and shapes dough for bread
· Cuts dough into the uniform portion
· Places pans of dough into oven to bake
· Removes baked products from the oven
· Cleans bakery utensils, equipment, and work area as needed
· Performs other duties in the kitchen as may be prescribed
· Secures confidential information and documents
