Customer Service Representative at Credit One Bank

Credit One Bank, in partnership with IQor Colombia S.A.S, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding support to our valued customers while representing Credit One Bank.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and general banking information.
- Identify and escalate priority issues or complaints to the appropriate department.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Salary starts at 2,600,000 COP
Remote after two months of training
Client: Credit One Bank Benefits: Health insurance plan, store discounts, performance bonuses
Location: Viva Envigado Shopping Center
Availability: Monday to Saturday from 5 am to 9 pm with 8-hour shifts. 45 hours per week, Sundays off, and one weekday off.
