Overview of the role
Manages the development process, through different project steps up to and including the practical completion to ensure the achievement of the project vision.
What you will do
- Preparing Development Briefs and all required development documents and submissions for running / new developments and ensure the adherence of all departments with Development Brief throughout all the project phases.
- Monitor Development Briefs , other development documents and Reports including identification of opportunities/risks; site conditions; outline project/stakeholders requirements; cost estimates and anticipated revenues; market studies; range of consultants and others to be engaged for the project; project feasibility studies and appraisals; funding options; project timeframe; proposed future actions and recommendations; project KPI’s.
- Prepare Business Cases to obtain the approval of the case \ with coordinating with different stakeholders to develop necessary documents and studies in compliance with AFGRE policies and procedures.
- Monitor performance; Review project dashboards and ensure that projects are complying with the feasibility assumptions in terms of anticipated costs and forecasted revenues.
- Coordinate with the all other departments Team to ensure that projects are progressing in line with the Master Development Programme across the different development phases.
- Review and Monitor Sales Trends of different products and prepare the corresponding Sales and Pricing strategies considering the sales targets and the actual sales absorption rates.
- Support and assets the Senior Development Managers in implementing the development vision.

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering.
- 8 - 10 years experience in a relevant field.
