Our Client is a Polish Tech Company who offers an innovative online product which helps to find responses and solutions to different real-life problems. They experience a significant growth at the moment and will be crossing the threshold of 100 employees within the next year. They are switching from being a one-product company to a multi-product company.
As the Operations Manager, one of your core responsibilities will be to oversee the day-to-day functioning of the company to ensure that the short-term and long-term goals are met. In doing so, you will aim to maintain the company's unique culture and mission, which has helped them to carve out a niche in the market. You will be constantly vigilant of potential problems that could arise in a scaling organization (from 75 to 150 FTE), a and You will be quick to address them before they escalate into bigger issues.
Your Tasks Will Include:
- Overseeing the operations of the company and ensuring that all systems and processes are efficiently managed
- Ensuring that the company's goals and objectives are met
- Implementing effective processes and procedures that streamline operations within the company
- Leading a Management Team
- Guiding teams towards delivering quality output consistently
- Organizing the work of a team to deliver results within set timeframes and budgetary constraints
- Helping with the creation of the Company strategy and putting it into actions
- Effectively handling unexpected obstacles and resolve any issues that arise in the operations of the company
- Supporting the organizational growth which includes creating new departments and supporting key recruitment processes
To be a good fit for the Operations Director Role, you will have:
- Previous experience in leading operations within a medium-sized company, ideally during a significant growth
- Strong understanding of the dynamics involved in overseeing teams and facilitating the seamless execution of complex projects
- Previous experience working for a digital product-based company in an agile environment
- Well-developed project management skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
Nice to have:
- Previous experience with SaaS products
- Degree in Business Administration, MBA, or other relevant fields
- Polish language
