**Title:** Customer Service Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Respond to Customer Inquiries:** Address customer queries through phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information.

2. **Problem Resolution:** Identify customer issues, research solutions, and guide customers through corrective steps.

3. **Product/Service Knowledge:** Maintain a deep understanding of company products or services to offer accurate assistance.

4. **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and convey it to the relevant departments for product or service improvement.

5. **Record Keeping:** Document customer interactions and transactions, detailing inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.

6. **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved and service standards are maintained.

7. **Customer Retention:** Implement strategies to retain customers, including resolving issues and providing incentives for continued patronage.

**Skills and Qualifications:**

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Required Professional English.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and Microsoft Office.

- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.

- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Experience in a customer service role preferred.

- High school diploma; further education or certification in customer service is a plus.

**Working Conditions:**

- Office or Hybrid ( TBC )

- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or evenings, if required.

Requirements:
