Interface management between production and internal quality
Bachelor or 2 years degree in mechanical engineering or quality management diploma.

- Monitor current procedures to ensure the production of quality product in accordance with customer quality requirements/expectations
- Work with tools for analysis/continuous improvement
- During the development phase ensure that the defined quality characteristics are respected and controlled.
- Manage internally the customer claims and ensure that all defined actions are implemented and are efficient and effective.
- Ensure that all relevant stakeholders are informed about customer claims as soon as possible while making sure that all needed information are present.
- Ensure sufficient collaboration with all relevant departments to improve the quality of our products.
- Performing checks and inspection of parts, components, sub-assemblies and/or final products according to the provided work instructions in collaboration with production teams
- Support root cause, warranty analyses and problem solving activities.
Bachelor or 2 years degree in mechanical engineering or quality management diploma.
- 2-5 years’ experience in an industrial environment is a plus.
- Must have a process approach to trouble shooting and problem solving.
- Practice of LEAN manufacturing is appreciated.
- Fluent in French and English, German is an asset.
- Strong understanding of best practice quality tools (PDCA, 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, etc…)
- Strong problem solver
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with application of Q-Methods and Quality Management Systems
- Knowledge of Quality related company standards and relevant customer specific requirements
