• Configure tenders on an e-sourcing platform by translating the client strategy and objectives into a live tender • Challenge and guide category teams to ensure the objectives are effectively met • Oversee the execution of tender related activities – planning, configuration, monitoring and analysis • Proactively identify and escalate any issues that arise • Monitor the tender submission process, if required adjust configuration during the course of the tender • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with sourcing teams and relevant stakeholders to obtain necessary input, feedback and sign-off on data and documentation • Ensure that strategic e-sourcing best practices are maintained and shared across the organization • Occasional travel to client sites abroad may be required • e-perolehan (mof), incorp new and renew cidb licene, ssm, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, SPAN, and others. • Liase with secretery company.
