Responsibilities:
- Manage the calendars and schedule appointments for partners.
- Provide administrative support to executives, including managing email and phone communication.
- Be the accountability partner for executives.
- Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including financial analysis and company valuation.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for the investment team.
- Assist in managing relationships with portfolio companies.
- Monitor and report on portfolio company performance.
- Assist with fundraising efforts by preparing presentations and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- At least 1 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- At least 1 years of experience in finance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong English is required.
