your primary responsibility is to coordinate and facilitate the smooth and timely delivery of food orders to customers. You will work closely with delivery drivers, kitchen staff, and customer service representatives to ensure accurate order preparation and efficient delivery logistics. Your duties include receiving and reviewing customer orders, assigning them to appropriate delivery personnel, and organizing the delivery routes for maximum efficiency. You will communicate with drivers to provide them with order details, addresses, and any special instructions. Additionally, you will monitor the progress of deliveries, track delivery times, and address any issues or delays that may arise. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask are crucial in this role.
