As a producer of wooden pallets, export boxes and industrial packages, we, at Dongen Pallets, love wood. And we are at least equally excited about our machinery. We have a number of hypermodern, fully automated production locations that produce pallets during some 18 hours of the day. It is amazing to see how that works! This is what your job title looks like
Working safely is the basic principle at Dongen Pallets. This is what we do on a daily basis, together with some 100 colleagues, in a two shift system. As a machine-operator you operate one of our automated pallet production lines. In the event of a failure, you solve it autonomously and see to first-line maintenance. This sounds complicated, but it certainly isn’t. We will teach you so experience is not actually required. Your work hours are as follows: week 1 from 6.00 am until 2.15 pm, for 5 days, week 2 from 2.00 pm until 12.00 am, for 4 days. So you will have the Friday of the second week off!
