For our Electrophysiology division, we are recruiting a Clinical Education Specialist EMEA to be based in Zaventem, Belgium.
As a Clinical Education Specialist, you organize trainings and education activities in EMEA.
Role and Responsibilities:

Delivering in person and online training for customers in EMEAOrganizing and developing new education activities in collaboration with manager and professional education team
Working closely with EMEA marketing team to be aligned with EMEA strategies
Developing specific education activities for specific regions if requested
Collaborating with the professional education team to ensure good documentation and tracking of education activities is correctly performed
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences or equivalent
Several years of working experience in the Electrophysiology (EP) field with additional progressive work experience in clinical education or related discipline
Clinical knowledge and proven work with 3D mapping systems
Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor.
Fluency in English
Excellent interpersonal skills combined with public speaking skills
Flexibility to travel within the region.
Previous experience in Education and Training would be an asset but is not essential
