1. Resposible for QA & QC activities in the company. 2. Establish, update and sustain effective implementation of the plant’s Food Safety, like HACCP, Organic, Halal, ISO 22000 management systems and its PRP prerequisite programs, certified by 3rd party certification bodies. Handling and maintaining of all certification. 3. Prepare documentation including product specification, COA on various products, production process flow diagram, working instruction, SOP and manual. 4. Upkeep the documentation and procedures for certification audits. 5. Investigate and report on non-conforming products. 6. Replying Corrective Action Request (CAR) form from customer. 7. Verifying CCP and production records, monitor QC daily tasks. Ensuring all procedures in the Quality Manual are adhered to especially with respect to Critical Control Points. 8. Ensure incoming materials, in-progress testing and final products quality to comply to company, customer and statutory requirements. 9. To liaise with certify body for compliance / Surveillance audit. Perform and conduct Internal Audit & coordinate external Audit :- HACCP, HALAL, ISO, GMP and etc. 10. Provide in house training on GMP, HACCP and safety hygiene for all staffs. 11. Perform ad hoc duties assigned by HOD.
