Position: Booking Clerk
Pay Rate: 25,000 Plus DHL Benefits
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: (Mon - Fri) 37.5 hr
Location: Peterborough - PE2 6XE
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To operate in a Customer Services team, to make Bookings for customers Cars and to carry out day to day administration tasks in agreed timescales

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
- To ensure that booking requests are responded to quickly, efficiently and to correct standards, ensuring required service levels achieved.
- To provide excellent customer care, a high level of accuracy, ensuring all administration duties are fulfilled to the required standard and timescales.
- To help maintain the Internal database, ensuring that the computer systems are up to date, accurate and that all new changes are actioned.
- Develop excellent customer relationships
- To action any other reasonable request from the the line manager and assist the team as applicable.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM A BOOKING CLERK ?
- Strong Administration skills with a min of 3yrs + experience
- Data analysis experience with excellent attention to detail
- Experienced with inbound and outbound calls
- Experienced in using Excel, Word and Outlook
