Job Description


Your responsibilities will be:

  • Help the HR Admin to organize and manage personnel files
  • Creation of HR documents
  • First point of contact and updates on employee inquiries on different HR related topics
  • Management of processes and preparation of documents and reports requested by Chief Officer of HR Admin and Payroll department
  • Coordinating new hire orientations
  • Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters
  • Disponibility to work from office, according to the company's needs (20% of the working time - maximum 8 days /month). Rest of the time remotely.

Note: The vacancy is Part-Time.


Qualifications


Must have:

  • Student (3rd or 4th year) or graduate Bachelor's degree (HR Management or related field - foreign languages, political science, psychology, PR, communication);
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel - medium, Outlook - medium, Word - medium, PowerPoint - medium);
  • Good knowledge of English language - B2 - C1;
  • Good communication skills, problem solving, team player, detail-oriented, administrative and organisation skills;

Nice to have:

  • Working experience and/or knowledge in Romanian labour laws;
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous.
