Your profile
- University degree, preferably in business administration, management, computer science or a related field
- Strong interest in business IT, software and digitalisation, ideally some relevant working experience
- Ability to understand & guide others through processes and manage several tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work on different projects across teams and industries
- Friendly and open personality that enjoys working with customers
- Fluency in English
- German language skills of C1 are required
Your tasks
- Manage & support customers in different small and long-term projects simultaneously
- As a generalist for a variety of topics, you are equipped with broad knowledge to deliver solutions for our clients and answer inquiries
- Ensure customer satisfaction and establish long-lasting relationships
- Collaborate with our development team and functional experts to come up with optimal solutions
- Realize subprojects independently and analyse and design business IT processes
- Conduct workshops to guide customers through changes and new features
