Job Description

  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
  • Present Our Company Products to prospective clients
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data

Job Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in Marketing/Communication/Public Relation or relate field
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role for 1 year (have experience from advertising agency is a plus)
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles especially in social media marketing
  • have a good understanding about perfume
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge in Social Media Marketing especially Tik-Tok is a must
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • A business acumen (a sharp instict for business)
  • Enthusiastic and passionate
  • Ability to speak English
  • Ability to mandarin is a plus

Benefit: Tunjangan + Insentif + Komisi

Gaji: Dari Rp6.000.000 per bulan

Kemampuan Bekerja Jauh dari Rumah/Pindah Rumah:

  • Jakarta: Melakukan pulang-pergi kerja dengan jarak yang jauh tanpa mengganggu kinerja atau berencana pindah tempat tinggal sebelum mulai bekerja (Diwajibkan)
