Job Description

We are looking for a 'Customer Services Representative' who can speak French fluently to assign inbound-outbound calls at the headquarters of our company operating in the finance sector in Maslak, Istanbul.

Working hours: 13:00-22:00

Working days: Just weekday (from monday to friday)

General Qualifications

· At least high school/preferably university graduate

· Good/advanced level of French language,

· Fluent and effective communication skills on the phone,

· Able to use computer and office programs,

· Developed analytical and problem-solving skills,

· Successful in human relations,

· Willing to work in a team,

· Proper tone and diction

· Strong persuasion level

· Confident in communication skills,

· Able to work in a goal-oriented manner,

· Strong in customer relations,

· Willing to learn and self-development,

· Highly motivated and persuasive,

· Be able to reflect the corporate culture,

· Smiling, confident, presentable

Education Level: High School (Graduate), Associate Degree (Student), University (Graduate), Master (Student), Master (Graduate)

Foreign Language: French (Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)

English (Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
