You must be able to effectively support HR, People & Culture leadership team strategically, collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams globally and remotely. You must also be willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done - including administration and coordination as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect people data from all stakeholders such as payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, development records, and exit interviews.
  • Analyze data and statistics for trends regarding recruitment practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws.
  • Develop insightful reports -including the establishment and maintenance of People & Culture Dashboard for internal team metrics and reference as well as Senior people & Culture leadership presentations.
  • Optimize and implement new data processes and systems.
  • Working closely with the Data Analytics reports to ensure data integration occurs for autonomous reports generation
  • Working with internal and external partners (payroll, benefits, finance, HR ops and similar) creates and provides needs-basis reports.
  • Prepares reports in conformance with legislated requirements or organization needs
  • Serves as backup HRIS administrator for HR Operations to minimize single point of failure HRIS support.
  • May assist HRBP and Senior People & Culture leadership in establishment and streamlining of departmental processes and procedures.
  • May serve as lead point of contact specialized projects or programs
  • May coordinate and support functional projects with inside and outside customers and vendors
  • Participates in enterprise-wide redesign initiatives that will encompass end to end analysis and future state redesign that requires solid process knowledge of HR processes and procedures
  • Cross-trained in multiple tier 1 and potentially tier 2 support areas of the employee experience team
  • Serves as ambassador of the company culture code
  • Supports change management on HR applications/systems/processes

Key Skills:

  • Solid understanding of Internal business processes and systems capabilities
  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems and reporting/dashboard capabilities
  • Ability to develop working relationships with leadership
  • Good knowledge of knowledge management applications and tools.
  • Fair knowledge of change management.
  • Local and remote networking skills.
  • Facilitation skills within large groups.
  • Basic knowledge of project management.
  • Possess ability to create and, if needed, present concise and clear metrics-related presentations to company management and employees
  • Exercises judgment and independently determine and take appropriate action within defined HR policies and procedures
  • Work is performed with limited direction

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in various UKG Module administration
  • Previous experience in payroll, benefits and HRIS administration in one or more countries outside the US
  • Previous experiencing performing relative to HR-metrics
  • Previous experience working with global, matrixed teams

Education/Experience:

  • Typically requires 5+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3+ years with a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent experience
