Are you a self-starting sales professional with experience supporting successful sales teams? Are you looking for a role which enables you to facilitate the growth of strategic business areas?

EPAM is looking for a Lead Generation Manager to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for driving revenue through our lead generation function, working closely with our marketing and sales teams to build and execute outreach strategies.

To be successful, you will directly manage and upskill our Sales Development Representative team in booking executive level meetings at enterprise sized accounts. The key objective is to ensure that the team generates pipeline to support our aggressive new business growth targets.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Responsible for driving revenue with the lead generation function
  • Collaborate with internal teams across the marketing and sales organization
  • Manage a team of Sales Development Representatives across key KPIs
  • Work as a team to book meetings with enterprise sized accounts
  • Drive development initiatives and be responsible for training of your team across all sales skills
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute top of the funnel marketing campaigns
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders to report the effectiveness of campaigns and identification of new opportunities
  • Supporting SDRs with approaching strategic targets and acting as an experienced sales coach

WHAT YOU HAVE
  • Origination: learning EPAM’s value proposition, helping your direct reports to research and prospect; contact and engage prospects through proactive outbound calls/emails/LinkedIn
  • Orchestration: bringing together the right internal experts to build cold outreach value propositions and concise messaging documents and data driven campaign management and improvement
  • Relationship and network building: we need you to be the person who thrives on meeting people and networking
  • Work with the sales team to identify opportunities in target accounts lists
  • Able to derive insights from a variety of data sources, providing updates and recommendations to marketing, sales, Subject Matter Experts and upper management
  • Solutions selling skills and demonstrated success developing and maintaining internal relationships
  • Ability to communicate effectively across teams with strong verbal, written, collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • High energy level and ability to work independently
