- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered
- Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations

- Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs
- Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge through product knowledge training
- Assist with Brand awareness by assisting store management with social media
- 0-3 years of retail experience
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver a positive experience
- Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm for the running environment
- Self-motivated to complete tasks or activities with little supervision
- Flexible availability – including weekdays, and holidays
