As an Office admin, your role would involve providing administrative support to the company's IT department and assisting with day-to-day operations.

◉ General administrative duties:

You would handle various day-to-day activities such as managing emails, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments and meetings, and maintaining office supplies.

◉ Creating a proposal:

Conduct research, gather relevant information, and develop a compelling and concise proposal document.

◉ Client Relationship Management:

Nurture client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and proactively address client needs to foster long-term partnerships and drive business growth.

◉ Communication and correspondence:

You would be responsible for drafting and proofreading emails, letters, and other forms of communication, both internally and externally. You may also handle incoming and outgoing mail and ensure timely distribution.

◉ Meeting and event coordination:

You could be responsible for scheduling and organizing departmental meetings, including preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and arranging necessary resources or equipment. Additionally, you may assist in organizing company-wide events or training sessions.

◉ Eligibility:

Minimum 1-2 Years of Experience

◉ Job Type:

Full-time (Monday to Saturday, 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM)

◉ Salary:

₹20,000.00
