Join our Digital Marketing, Experience and Analytics team to translate user needs into innovative and professional front-end solutions for ECU's digital platforms.

You will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to analyse business requirements and create innovative web design solutions. Implement web templates, websites, and branding strategies while ensuring consistency and accessibility. Provide technical support and guidance to empower others to produce high-quality web content. You will have a strong understanding of industry best practice for insightful web audits on our current web build approaches with a view to implement change.

Key Criteria

The successful candidate will have:
Demonstrated high-level technical ability in effective web design and development using contemporary web development tools and environments.

Demonstrated knowledge of digital web trends and directions.

Demonstrated ability to implement platform agnostic web experiences.

Demonstrated ability and experience working with current best practices and technologies for front-end web development such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6) and Build technologies such as, Webpack and Rollup.

Demonstrated ability to implement accessible web experiences that meet WCAG Accessibility guidelines.

You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry, Courage and Personal Excellence.

Benefits & Remuneration

This ongoing, full-time position attracts remuneration of $93,378 - $104,628 pa plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
