Over the years, Proxify has become more and more of a product lead company, and the R&D organization today consists of 5 product teams and growing. Proxify has its headquarters in Stockholm, however, The R&D organization, along with most parts of the company, is working on a fully remote basis.
The role and challenge
We are now looking for a mid-level Product Manager to lead our 6th team that will care for Proxify's most valuable asset: the vetted members of our network. The job is on a fully remote basis, and you will be reporting to the Group Product Manager. Your team will consist of developers, a designer, a QA, and an Engineering manager.
As the leader of the new Member Experience team, you will shape the team's direction, and subsequently, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the member experience.
Your role will include hands-on user research, ruthless prioritisation and regular collaboration with the developer's relations team to ensure alignment with broader company objectives.
You will take full ownership of member related KPIs & metrics, leading your team from discovery to delivery of new initiatives to enhance these KPIs.
What we want
- A minimum of three years in hands-on product management, mastering the fundamentals of delivering products users love (discovery, planning, developing, and evaluating - based on data).
- Shipping product improvements to drive user satisfaction and business growth.
- A can-do attitude, being motivated by solving complex problems.
- Excellent English (written and spoken), along with great communication skills.
- Proficiency with user analytics tools: Metabase, Looker Studio, Mixpanel and SQL.
- A desire to work in a fast-paced and changing work environment
