At our CTD in Santiago de Chile

How will you make an impact? (Objective)

To increase the warehouse and distribution productivity, managing a multicultural team aligning the key metrics of Supply Chain.

What will you do? (Responsibilities)

  • Monitor and control the distribution, warehousing & re labelling environment in our third party depots
  • Ensure and guarantee the correct functioning of the sites (Chi, Per & Col)
  • Analyze & implement action plans to maintain the Quality Management System in place
  • Be part of the Andean Region Leadership team reporting to the General Mgr
  • Approve and monitor the service contracts of suppliers and third-party companies.
  • Expansion or 3PL tendering projects when applicable
  • Manage Multicultural Work Teams - in Direct & Indirect ways
  • Monitor and track the storage conditions of materials and products
  • Ensure the maintenance of equipments
  • Develop Improvement Projects and implement the focused improvement culture (PPI)
  • Support regional standardization processes
  • Improve and manage operations indicators (KPI) - Both for operations and quality

How will you get here?

  • Career: Industrial / Mechanical engineering, Business Administration,
  • Strong experience, 5-10 years, working in a Transnational or 3PL company in Operational and administrative tasks.
  • Experience working on a strong quality based company

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • 3rd party company management
  • Key Performance Indicators, governance & implementation
  • Advanced level of Excel (Power BI is a nice to have)
  • Ideally experience with ERPs (SAP, Oracle (JDE), etc)
  • 90% English language.
