Australian Industrial Vacuum are looking for a friendly individual with excellent communication and people skills to join our Tullamarine-based team as a receptionist/administrative clerk. This is a full time position available for immediate start.
The Role
Your role will entail being the first person to greet our customers, whether that be in person or over the phone. You will provide administrative support to the company, and will be able to recognise and respond to competing priorities in order to create an efficient and effective office environment.
Daily tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- General office duties
- Filing and photocopying
- Ordering and maintaining stock levels of office and business supplies
- Cash handling
- Data entry
- Assisting in marketing and accounts support
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have:
- Confident and personable phone skills
- Great computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel
- A willingness to learn and help out other members of the team
- Experience with using Xero
Award salary rates apply.
Previous administrative experience is not a must but will be highly regarded.
