Restaurant Manager [Turkey]


 

SWOT Hospitality is looking for an organized and goal-oriented restaurant manager to join our team in Antalya, Turkey.

To be successful as a restaurant manager you should have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality by curating a wonderful guest experience through service, and excellent in managing the financial aspects of the restaurant.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Hiring and training staff.
  • Collaboration with the Chef for menu development
  • Managing purchase orders of the restaurant
  • Managing the financial aspects of the restaurant by monitoring the P&L closely.
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Managing and cultivating the staff
  • Event and Entertainment preparations

Qualifications:

  • A degree in business management.
  • Prior experience in a similar role in the stand-alone restaurant industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work long hours.
  • Knowledge of P&L and financial aspects of the restaurant.
  • Excellent guest service skills.
  • Ability to mentor and train the team
