Analytical individual with strong problem solving skills is required to provide technical and functional support to Business Central end-users group in terms of user support and training.
This systems-orientated individual with excellent presentation and communication skills will be responsible for:
· ERP Support
· Training
· Project Management
· Research & Development
· Communication
Qualification & experience required:
· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Training Administrator or Training Facilitator
· Minimum of 3 to 6 months as Support Administrator
· Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central desired
· Proven ability to learn, understand, and apply new systems and software
· Experience preparing training materials and delivering training in various formats including classroom, one-on-one, and remote
· Functional expertise in one or more of the following areas preferred: Principals of Management in Sales Quoting, Ordering, Finance (Income, COS, Expenses), Production (Estimation, BOMs, Costings), Logistics, and Warehousing and related transactions.
· Experience with IT Service Management Software or similar.
· Good practical experience with MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
