Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers. Your role is crucial in ensuring their inquiries are addressed, concerns are resolved, and overall satisfaction is achieved. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
- Provide courteous and timely assistance to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through product/service-related processes.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and expertise to effectively assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Document and manage customer interactions in a CRM system, ensuring accurate and thorough record-keeping.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, technical support, and operations, to facilitate the resolution of customer issues.
- Proactively identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels for timely resolution.
- Continuously update and enhance knowledge of products/services and stay informed about company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Active listening skills and empathy to understand and address customer needs effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
