Job Description :
- Handling end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Create a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Communicate and coordination with supplier and stake holders.
- Develops and handle employee contract terms.
- Assist the leader in HR domains work.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration, or related major.
- Has strong experience as a full time Recruitment / Talent Acquisition (min.1 year).
- Excellent communication in English and Mandarin
- Open minded, attention to detail and careful.
- Resourceful in overcoming roadblocks that hinder processes.
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable with change – knows how and when to be effective.
Jenis Pekerjaan: Kontrak
Panjang kontrak: 12 bulan
Gaji: Rp10.000.000 - Rp25.000.000 per bulan
