Job Description :

  • Handling end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Create a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections.
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Communicate and coordination with supplier and stake holders.
  • Develops and handle employee contract terms.
  • Assist the leader in HR domains work.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.

Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration, or related major.
  • Has strong experience as a full time Recruitment / Talent Acquisition (min.1 year).
  • Excellent communication in English and Mandarin
  • Open minded, attention to detail and careful.
  • Resourceful in overcoming roadblocks that hinder processes.
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with change – knows how and when to be effective.

Jenis Pekerjaan: Kontrak
Panjang kontrak: 12 bulan

Gaji: Rp10.000.000 - Rp25.000.000 per bulan
