• 募集の背景

当社では、昨今の半導体製品の旺盛な需要に応えるため、生産能力を拡大する予定です。それに伴い、不良解析力も強化します。
解析の対象は、Sub-10nmの先端製品からパワーデバイスまで多岐にわたります。各々のデバイスに応じた多様な解析技術を駆使して、高い専門性を有するエンジニア集団が協力しながら、デバイス不具合の根本原因を究明し、当社製品の品質向上に貢献しています。
本件はエンジニアの募集ですが、近い将来にはマネージャー候補となり、当社の不良解析部門を牽引できるような中核的人材を求めています。

• 職務内容

半導体デバイスの前工程開発／量産における不良解析業務を担当して頂きます。
具体的な業務は下記。
＞不良解析技術開発の方針策定と実行
＞デバイス不良解析の遂行

• 解析依頼部門との折衝
• 解析の実行と推進

・エミッション/OBIRCH/ナノプローバ等による不良位置絞込み解析業務
・SEM/FIB/STEM/SCM等による構造解析業務や元素分析業務

• 解析結果の報告と対策に向けた施策立案への参画

＞部門内の納期遵守のための調整と進捗管理

• 人材要件

MUST

下記のいずれか１つ以上の実務経験を有する事
・半導体デバイス解析の経験 5年
・半導体デバイスインテグレーション経験 5年
・半導体製造要素プロセス開発業務経験 5年

WANT

・半導体解析技術の知識
・半導体製造技術、前工程製造フローの知識
・半導体デバイスや簡単な半導体回路の知識

必要な語学

英語 日常会話ができる (TOEIC 600点程度)

日本語 ビジネス会話ができる
