Swinburne Edge has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Learning Designer to work close to home in the leafy Eastern suburbs at our Croydon campus.
Reporting to the Manager Learning Design, this role contributes to the effective design and development of eLearning deliverables to specified learning solution project outcomes. You will work collaboratively within a team and engage with both internal and external stakeholders to create high-quality eLearns as well as the accompanying multimedia assets.

To be successful in the role you will have a wide range of information and communications technology (ICT) skills along with general IT/mixed media literacy that can be applied to a broad range of projects in varied work contexts. You will also require strong multimedia development skills as the role includes the creation of a range of resources, particularly innovative storyline activities across various projects in a fast-paced environment.About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Experience in a range of e-learning environments, products, with an understanding of their suitability for different learning outcomes and audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in Articulate 360, particularly Articulate Storyline and similar authoring tools and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Exceptional writing skills and a commercial sense with the ability to storyboard and prototype concepts and ideas.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member, provide support, guidance, and input to project staff and other stakeholders as required.
- Great understanding of learning design and digital learning design processes and the enhanced analytical and writing skills required to apply this knowledge.
Qualifications
Hold a diploma level qualification with subsequent relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or knowledge.
