Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Working closely with vendors and officials to ensure that proper placement and function of equipment
• Working closely with internal support regards reports about installation progress, issues, stream deliveries, faults etc.
• Conduct power system failover tests and ensure all backup batteries engage and keep system powered
• Responsible for installing, configuring and troubleshooting cameras, laptops, streaming and other equipment throughout the course for the outdoor and indoor facilities
• Providing first level support to solving and preventing technical issues and communication with the team and other departments to provide issue resolution in a prompt manner
• Assisting with unloading, packing, and completing asset inventory

Knowledge & Experience

• Technical knowledge for set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting equipment
• Good command of English (B1 / B2 level)
• Basic MS Office 365 knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Nice to have

• Working experience with system repair, engineering tasks, and other troubleshooting activities

Knowledge of basis network systems and configuration
