Human Resources Manager [United Arab Emirates]


 

Position Overview:

As the Human Resources Manager, you will provide leadership, strategy, direction, and guidance to ensure effective administration of all aspects of human resources and talent acquisition.

The HR Manager maintains accountability for employment, compensation, benefits administration, wellness, team member engagement, policy development and talent.

In this position, you will originate and lead practices that will provide a highly engaged culture that emphasizes trust, teamwork and empowerment resulting in outstanding attendance and staff retention.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Leadership of all people and talent-related issues and policies across the company
  • Reviews and makes recommendations for the improvement of policies, procedures, and practices
  • Drive team member and leadership engagement and retention. Develop and lead programs to support high engagement and low turnover
  • Maintains knowledge of the industry.
  • Oversee all talent acquisition initiatives, systems, and tactics
  • Demonstrates leadership ability in providing direction, coaching, and support to management staff
  • Successfully communicates changes in personnel policies and procedures and ensures that proper compliance is followed
  • Development and administration of internal online training curriculums
  • Assists in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the personnel budget ensuring the effective, efficient utilization of resources
  • Support performance development initiatives: talent reviews, onboarding performance evaluations andongoing performance discussions
  • Provides clear and concise direction and oversight of team member relations matters including investigative processes, team member complaints and resolution, corrective action, and training

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience building/leading HR functions in a fast-paced, high-growth, start-up company.
  • At least 3 years of experience working as an HR manager in a Real Estate firm.
  • Comprehensive knowledge in policy development, implementation, and administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration or related field
