Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will have a keen interest in the business world and a passion for learning about different sectors and industries. They will work alongside our experienced business development team to understand and contribute to our strategic growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Business Development team in the creation and implementation of growth strategies.
Research and identify new market opportunities.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and establish relationships with potential clients.
Prepare and execute data extraction strategies for market research.
Execute lead generation initiatives to expand our client base.
Develop and implement email marketing strategies to engage existing clients and attract potential ones.
Prepare detailed business plans, sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure alignment of company objectives.
Track and report on business development initiatives and results.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and awareness.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
Internship or previous work experience in a business or sales environment.
Familiarity with market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
Some experience with email marketing.
