  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to software, hardware, network, or other technical problems.
  • Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams or supervisors.
  • Document customer interactions, including problem description, troubleshooting steps, and solutions provided.
  • Follow company guidelines and standard operating procedures while addressing customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, or technicians, to resolve complex technical issues.
