Responsibilities:
- To conduct induction for new staff.
- Assist General Manager with tasks such as documentation.
- To monitor the daily attendance of all staff.
- To initiate and request the departmental manager to carry out Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- To promote a harmonious working environment.
- To record and submit a report on staff leave and attendance.
- Act as the point of contact regarding government legislation issues.
- To handle employees’ disciplinary matters.
- To ensure the Quality Management System conforms meet the requirements of the International
Standard.
- Assist in the renewal of employee and site worker’s permits / CPR.
- To maintain employee records,
- To prepare, implement, monitor, and maintain ISO quality procedures of the HR department;
- To update the employee handbook when required.
- Manage LMRA, SIO, Tamkeen and Sijilat.
Requirements:
- Strong Interpersonal Skills;
- At least 1 year of management experience in HR;
- Be able to communicate well with visitors, and staff.
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and manage time well.
- Computer Literate.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Highly computer literate and knowledgeable in HR software.
- Must be well versed with Employment Act.
- Bachelor’s Degree in the HR field is plus.
- Have good skills in inter-personal able to communicate with all levels.
- Knowledge of administrative activities and internal control policy and procedure.
- Present in a personable and professional manner.

Salary: From BD250.000 per month
