The Job:
- Internal and Industry data analysis.
- Compiling detailed analysis reports in order to aid strategic decisions.
- Communication with HR/Finance and Facility Team regarding HR, Policy and general issues.
- OPEX & CAPEX budget management and coordination with Finance.
- Coordinate personnel business travel needs with booking completion and costs awareness.
- Assisting suppliers and colleagues in accomplishing assigned tasks whenever necessary.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
Your Profile:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of working at diversity environment.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity in Internet research abilities.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
- Knowledge of Travel Requirements [e.g. Visa] and Airline/Hotel Booking.
- Good English communication skills (writing, reading & speaking).
- Experience in engineering making reports [e.g. charting, presentation slides, consolidation in simplicity.
- Ability to work under deadlines and time constraints: must be able to multi-task
- Diploma or Degree in office administration or relevant field (Business Management, …etc) is preferred, with minimum 5 year’s office administration experience.
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
- Experience in engineering technical assistance will be an advantage.
