Analyst Corporate Vehicles [Mexico]


 
Job Functions
  • Ensure a working knowledge and adherence to Corporate Vehicles policies, as well as any related Tax, Title, Legal requirements.
  • Drive for an excellent customer service experience, answering CV mailboxes as assigned, escalating appropriately.
  • Have understanding of NESNA and Agero Service extended service or pre-paid maintenance programs and their relationship to CV policies and employees/retirees.
  • Assists in testing, troubleshooting, and providing training on the CV Fleet Management System and ensure that it meets the needs of the organization.
  • Supports CV Point of Sale and Fuel Card programs by managing customer issues. Recommends strategies to resolve operational issues.
  • Research and analysis for specific units or classes of vehicles as needed. Provide general administrative support, as needed.
  • Work with employees and retirees for collection of toll and violation fines and fees when appropriate.
  • Attend vehicle training as provided and properly explain all features, as requested to employee/retiree.
  • Perform other related duties as requested.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Advanced English
  • Excellent customer service skills, understanding of financial and budgeting principles and practices, Excellent analytical, writing, networking, and organizational skills. Good interpersonal and presentation skills. Good problem solving, conflict resolution and project management skills. Professional demeanor with strong leadership, planning, organization, negotiation and analytical skills. Proficient in English-both speaking and writing.
  • Business Acumen: Broad understanding of fleet management and broad knowledge of supported business operations and functions.
  • Experience: Five or more years of professional level experience to include customer service, finance related functions and data analytics. • Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation. • Excellent analytic, presentation, interpersonal, and organization skills. • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic, deadline, and detail-driven environment.
  • Supervisory Experience: Acts as a thought leader or information resource, providing professional guidance. Works under minimal supervision. Ability to influence others without direct authority.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or higher)
  • Computer Skills: Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, other PC applications, or mainframe applications to create specialized applications. Experience with SAP and analytical tools (i.e. Access, Tableau, SQL, etc.) preferred.
